L.A. Design Associates designed a richly textured, drought-tolerant landscape as a complement to the highly contemporary Architecture. In order to maximize visibility of the high end tenancy, the project features a lower growing plant palette of colorful succulents, contrasting with ornamental grasses, colored gravels and groundcovers. A flow-through planter at a prominent corner showcases the aesthetic possibilities present in a sustainable design. This new retail center won three design awards including the 2012 AIA-SFV Honor Award.
