Urban infill. The Paseo revitalizes an urban space in which a building had been lost to fire. Rather than replace the building, the Owner opted for an exciting public space that would further serve as a connector, linking adjacent but underutilized streets and properties to the vitality of San Fernando Road, bringing new community life to downtown San Fernando.
